These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which you may use our website and on which we supply made-to-order textile products and related services.
They apply to the entire contents of our website and any related communication.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
References to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sweet Dreams Bedding Ltd.
References to “you” and “your” refer to any person using the website or submitting an order request.
2. Eligibility & Use of the Website
By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years of age
- you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- any information you provide is accurate, complete and current
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or cancel requests where misuse, fraud or misrepresentation is suspected.
3. Nature of Our Products
Sweet Dreams Bedding specialises in made-to-order and custom-sized bedding products, including but not limited to:
- bedding sets
- duvet covers
- fitted and flat sheets
- pillowcases
- children’s bedding
- custom-shaped bedding
All products are manufactured only after receiving customer specifications and are not held as ready-made stock.
4. Custom Orders & Specifications
When submitting an order request, you are responsible for providing:
- accurate measurements
- correct size information
- chosen fabric and options
All products are manufactured strictly according to the information provided by you.
We cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect measurements, incomplete details or changes requested after production has begun.
Once production has started, orders cannot be amended or cancelled, except where required by UK consumer law.
5. Order Requests & Acceptance
Orders are placed via our website using custom order forms or other direct communication methods specified on the website.
Submission of an order request does not constitute acceptance.
A binding contract is formed only once:
- your order details have been reviewed
- payment has been agreed and confirmed
- production has been approved by us
We reserve the right to decline an order request at our discretion.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£), unless stated otherwise.
Due to the custom nature of our products, prices may vary based on:
- dimensions
- materials
- complexity of the order
Payment must be completed in full before production begins.
7. Product Descriptions & Accuracy
We take all reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images and information on our website are accurate and up to date.
However:
- all dimensions are indicative until confirmed during the order process
- colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting
- images are illustrative and not an exact representation of the final product
No warranty is given that all descriptions are error-free, though we aim to correct any issues promptly.
8. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and depend on:
- production time
- order complexity
- courier availability
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays or force majeure events.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
9. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are made to the customer’s specifications, the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
Returns or refunds are only available where:
- the product is faulty
- the product does not match the agreed specifications

10. Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, once delivered and unpacked, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- pillowcases
- bedding sets
- duvet covers
- sheets
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs and logos, is the property of SWEET DREAMS BY VERO LTD or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses
- losses resulting from incorrect customer specifications
- business interruption or loss of profits
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for matters that cannot be excluded under UK law.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
We use customer information solely for order processing, communication and legal compliance.
14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, labour disputes, supply chain disruptions or governmental actions.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
